Mission Statement for our Home Project:
To digitally record the evolution of our home and our lives (with a video, audio, & photographic record of whatever we see, hear, observe experience) as we slowly learn to live in regenerative symbiotic harmony both with our home, with ourselves, with each other, with the wildlife and with the overall world around us and with life itself, in order to be able to share this journey both with our future selves, and others, along with whatever future evolving AI comes to exist...Our goal is to be able to do this with the home and land we have a history with and which holds great sentimental historical value to us.
We wish to be able to utilize our family's land with which to share both our own journey in hopes that will inspire others a a different way of living & thinking that that connects to our past and our desire to teach what we have been learning about creating a food forest edible oasis sanctuary that incorporates the concepts of teaching about zero waste documenting, body mind listening, nonjudgmental acceptance of ourselves and others, and growing a mix of native and exotic edibles inside a city in such an integrative way that it even allows for the cities and HOA's requirements...

Their are Various Long Term Ways the Home could be utilized to make money long -term for the home listed below::
L1- Plant Grown On Site
We have already started growing and experimenting with an assortment of native and exotic edibles that are well suited for our yard's temperament, constantly learning about more than can be done.

As we teach enough locals about some of niche plants we are growing, we can create a niche market with which to make some money from these plants.
1) Selling the plants themselves
2) Selling the harvest of the plants
A few extra options:
a)Making premade Food Item from the Plants grown on site- sold via Cottage Law for now
b)Building a pizza cob oven from clay on site with which to create pizzas made with greens from the garden with which to lure neighbors and locals in to learn more with the smells of freshly cooked pizza and baked goods .. something small, asking for donations only.... (Not a commercial business, just a tool to help bring community in and to help teach and inspire)
c) maybe finding some local chefs to utilize what we grow
or
maybe later after the home has been renovated, we could also host some small private underground food events.
L2- Building Structures
With the help and assortment of some educational classes to help learn more about aircrete building ($3000) and also with the help of àircrete machine and misc supplies ($3000) , an assortment of sheds/mini spaces could be built with which to take the items of the garage and provide a place to store it so that the gàrage could then be renovated and rented out.
We would like to do all renovations other than electrical and roof ourselves so that we can video and share the whole process.
Once the Garage can be rented out, then taxes for the home would be covered.
With the skills learned about aircrete/stryo-airecrete, more structures could be made off-site and or for the garden to go even further. These will help both with helping to provide more storage sheds to help take more items out of home,,
and also later providing possible other storage places off site for others and so possibly other small min spaces for others to live and rent,and/or other garden products like garden walls and/or light weight garden pots......
(The possibilities are endless)
Once we become more expert at this, we could offer this service for others long term.

L3 - Body Mind Listening
Offering the backyard to private yoga/taichi/Qigong/martial arts teachers...
Note: 1)they would need to be okay with the site space being videoed.
2) this one is also less feasible to do while grandmother is alive.
3) The restroom spaces will also need to be renovated first as well.
Currently I also do offer some free informal style body mind listening sessions as long as I am able to video the session, but this would be more of an upsell for someone renting the garage studio space of being able to have access to that from me...
L4 - Zero Waste - Waste items will be discouraged. People visiting will be asked to take their trash back out with them.
All waste items that can be will either be composted, recycled, turned into art, or be used to document history of our lives. Still working on our ideas of how we want to implement this part of the project.....
{Part of regeneration is to discourage single stream use and to encourage recognition of holistic impact of what we bring into the system and how to integrate it all back into the system so it is all part of a regenerative cycle or has use later on.. even if it just as part of an archaeologists story.......}
L5 - Documentary Sharing
Whole site will be videod/time lapsed..
Storage space for footage to turn into later documentaries would be appreciated.
Equipment would also be appreciated.
Clientele that understood the goals and hopes would also be appreciated...
Ideally sharing much of life up on YouTube or on podcasts will help bring in some passive income as well?
We also hope to have the data be used in a bunch of AI/human collaborative projects which hopefully can be used to later to also bring in some income. :)
