why fund us for the aircrete projects we want to do

There are three items we are needing help funding.

If you would be willing to help fund these projects, we can help build you things that might even help you.

part one

The first item is a https://www.ziptiedomes.com/geodesic-sil... $635 ×2 =$1270
This will help us to create the frames for the second part.

part two

The important part is this second part: this particular aircrete machine and tools -- {{ this is where we can help build things for you so that you can make your money back. We would be willing to build up to two times your investment's worth of structures back.

So if you invested $2000, then we would build you a small structure worth at least $4000 back (now what that means is probably negotiable , esp when you consider that the avg fancy shed is worth about 3K to 7K. We also cannot guarantee the time frame it would take for us to do this bc we are not 100% sure of the time it will take to do our learning curve to build sufficiently strong and stable items)}

https://www.domegaia.com/store/p160/best.... $1700

((if this link is not working then that means they are currently out of stock on their air-compressor, and this other link should get you to the next best thing,  https://www.domegaia.com/store/p164/bestaircretefoamgenerator.html
(or try their homepage to see some of what started to inspire me)

This aircrete machine mixed with stryofoam will allow us to build these structures we want to build for ourselves and for you.

Our hope is to create some small lightweight dome structures that we can use not only for vertical garden structures,
but also for sheds and storage spaces
And even possibly for later on , an assortment of mini homes and small onside mini commercial kitchens onsite we hope to build and rent out to help showcase what can be done on these super tiny lots.

if we combine it with what we learned in this article, the ideas for creation are endless:
http://www.greenhomebuilding.com/articles/ceramicrete.htm

To learn more about why we want to use styrofoam aircrete: look at this info below:

watch this video starting from the 3:05 minute mark of why styrofoam mixed with aircrete will make something super super super light:: https://youtu.be/27v7Oq-q9xs
What we want to use is not regular aircrete but stryrofoam aircrete. --- Note the difference.

Styrofoam aircrete is both LIGHT  and Much easier to make.

And It also has a higher insulation value than regular buildings.

 It is also probably WAY MORE SAFER to keep the house fire-safe than anything else we might be tempted to use.

This video shows the fire retarded properties of a shredded styrofoam mixed with air-crete   https://YouTube.com/watch?v=LMPR8i4IWMA In this video, he also explains why to use Styrofoam air-crete vs regular air-crete.

This video shows the insulation benefits of styrofoam air-crete which we want to do. Though be warned that particular video is mostly just a rant on other items. The Styrofoam material R value is shown at 17:09 minute mark https://YouTube.com/watch?v=6U4JAop0dT

Note, we also need a little extra funding to build a styrofoam shredding machine and bags to store it in; and for misc supplies to help us build the molds;

and for getting the concrete itself (prices, as of this time, are yet unknown bc we plan on trying several experiments to see which idea works best for us)

part three

The third thing is actually a bunch of misc combination items that will help us with our project from recording equipment (ie,camera phones (with decent camera, battery life& storage space will work well enough if we have enough of them))

{{our goal is to video all aspects of what we do from multiple angles if possible, though for storage reasons the resolution will have to be pretty low bc video storage space is expensive}},

and other misc working tech equipment (like a fully functional laptop),

all the way to an ebikecar to help us be mobile without a license (https://etrikeco.com/product/etr300-3/)

but none of those items in this third group would really benefit you directly back per se directly.. It would just help us to be slightly more functional for ourselves, though true, our own functionality is a benefit for you in its own ways to help make sure the rest of the other projects go okay..
..
..

part four

Btw, on a side note, we are also still looking this year for anyone who might be interested in co-owning our home for multiple generations to come or until our estate is able to buy itself back from your family's estate. if you know anyone interested, it would be around $500K to salvage the property.... here is brief description of some of the goals we would like to see happen as our legacy: But that's just an aside. And i really doubt anyone on here would be willing to invest in something they run the risk of not seeing a full return from during their own lifetime: https://envisioningourgoals.blogspot.com/?m=1

Some bits that we want to ensure

One) we need to make sure that after mom passes away that we are going to be given several years to both one) recover and two) to be able to sort through & organize everything that is there and to sell off 80% of the non edible plants while we make room for and get started on bringing in the perennial  edible plants that will take a couple of years to get established and become productive.  During this time, neither the estate or us will be bringing much, if any, money in --- but the taxes & utilities will still need to be paid.   (I will be lucky if selling the non edible plants will bring in enough money to be able to buy the edible plants.) So we will need the silent investor's help during this time.  We suppose it could be made so that this money will need to be paid back before the estate could be considered "bought back" Two) we will need reassurances that the silent angel investor will help make sure that the estate will be able to buy itself...
