We would be willing to build up to two times your investment's worth of structures back. So if you invested $2000, then we would build you a small structure worth at least $4000 back (now what that means is probably negotiable , esp when you consider that the avg fancy shed is worth about 3K to 7K. Styrofoam aircrete is both LIGHT  and Much easier to make. And It also has a higher insulation value than regular buildings.  It is also probably WAY MORE SAFER to keep the house fire-safe than anything else we might be tempted to use.
