question and answer response: with more uptodate ideas 2024

Q: have you looked into idea of microgreen: , Yes, we have looked into that idea and tried a few attempts just to grow microgreens for ourselves.. though currently we don't seem to be very good at growing microgreens even for ourselves. But, Something we are decent at growing halfway well enough to share is the Chaya and Longevity spinach,  so we are hoping if we could teach folks about those two plants and  maybe we could create a small mini niche market for that.   It requires educating folks so it's a long term goal... but those are two of the three plants we grow most successfully.   And it's the only products  that kiddo has expressed any delight in the idea of selling later on.   But again , this is long term goal.   Right now, for this immediate year our concentration is finding a way to buy out the ex with a long-term investor preferably over a short term one.... Once the ex is bought out, saying the investor is compatible w...

Mission Statement

Mission Statement for our Home Project: To digitally record the evolution of our home and our  lives (with a video, audio, & photographic record of whatever we see, hear, observe experience) as we slowly learn to live in regenerative symbiotic harmony both with our home, with ourselves, with each other, with the wildlife and with the overall world around us and with life itself, in order to be able to share this journey both with our future selves, and others, along with whatever future evolving AI comes to exist... Our goal is to be able to do this with the  home and land we have a history with and which holds great sentimental historical value to us.  We wish to be able to utilize our family's land with which to share both our own journey in hopes that will inspire others a a different way of living & thinking that that connects to our past and our desire to teach what we have been learning about creating a food forest edible ...

why we use technology for a synthetic backup memory

Most commonly asked question from my dating profile : what do you mean about using technology as your tool to help you function? Or  what do you mean by having a synthetic back up memory? To help you understand our connection to technology a little bit better, it would help if you have some history, that is, if you don't mind me over sharing a little bit much about ourselves? If you are okay with it, I will try to explain it in the 4 parts below. I could try to write less bc I know when I write too much it is hard on people, but my hope is that my longggggg stream of conscious style is more helpful to having my ways be more understood by those who do take the time to understand... Please wait till all four sections are shared b4 responding .. :) :) Part one) To understand the history: when I was younger, & i used to do a lot of candid photography capturing people in a special moment capturing the specialness of life in a way that would help people see and remember the joy and c...

for ~500K, the basic summary

This was written for a possible investor but I think it sums it up fairly quickly: Basically for about 500k -600k, one could in theory 1) buy my ex out of his share of the home (plus pay off the mortgage) before he forces us to sell the whole house in 2023 when kiddo turned 18, along with  2) hopefully have enough leftover to get supplies needed for kiddo & I to renovate the house and convert the garage into a studio living space that can later be rented out to cover the land taxes (and to build a shed with which to store the stuff we want to keep that is currently in the garage)  ------ all while filming the entire process and sharing it up on YouTube or some such like venue---, 3) and redo the garden into a regenerative vertical edible Oasis (which could also be rented out to private yoga instructors or such like?), 4)while also getting enough camera phones, laptops, and tripods to film/stream the entire process and put it up on YouTube or such like? and 5) and hopefully...

make a return on your investment!

this post was inspired by a response to a persons profile on a dating site which I really should not have been on since I don't really know what we have to offer anymore .. with enough patience , maybe one day we can offer our attention and time but right now my confidence is so low andy anxiety and fear is so high, just breathing calmly takes concentration. But in their profile, they wrote the phrase that they are looking for a return on investments? The question is what do you consider "a return" for your investment. Many do not feel another person giving them their time or focused energy is a return on ones own investment because they will be giving the same back. But they will pay for great conversational skills and company that enlivens them on a fun adventure? Ie, entertainment? They want kindness, sweetness, and someone who can also hold their own.  They want already fully independent goal oriented people whom they can be intimate with on the side? ..  i may not ab...
