One) we need to make sure that after mom passes away that we are going to be given several years to both one) recover and two) to be able to sort through & organize everything that is there
and to sell off 80% of the non edible plants while we make room for and get started on bringing in the perennial edible plants that will take a couple of years to get established and become productive.
During this time, neither the estate or us will be bringing much, if any, money in --- but the taxes & utilities will still need to be paid. (I will be lucky if selling the non edible plants will bring in enough money to be able to buy the edible plants.)
So we will need the silent investor's help during this time. We suppose it could be made so that this money will need to be paid back before the estate could be considered "bought back"
Two) we will need reassurances that the silent angel investor will help make sure that the estate will be able to buy itself back eventually
so that eventually the estate will be back in our hands without fear or worry of anyone else doing what they want with it.
TwoPointOne) If you could also help us protect the land from any future generations (ie any great great grandchildren or cousins or sisters that may have alternative wishes then the wish i have for the property and what is inside it..
ie protecting it so that they cant go tearing down the hom and selling it off or what we leave remaining to tell the story and or cganging the gardens into something that is nonproductive...)
Three) to ensure that you also wont go turning around on us and doing something different then our dream with the properties (most esp) while we or our offspring are alive,,
or when we are gone or disabled
Four) we also want to ensure that all transformations and any transformationsrtis get digitally recorded... esp any visual transformations... at the veey least in timelapse form before during and after.
Five) we want to ensure that we are given personal time and support and financial help to sort/organize what is in home in a way we see fit.
It is vitally important that it all get to be catalogued and kept and organized.
We want to ensure that once we decide what is kept -- that what remains never get thrown away or sold off..
that it all becomes part of the archeological story that gets told and museumed away. Btw.. the musuem is to be hands on..so people can actually read the books and touch the objects. And feel the fabric. -- At least within reason.. they cant take the objects with them. But they can enjoy them while on site.
Why is our story worth keeping. What makes us so special.
Not much. Just the fact that we want to be allowed to share our world.
Our archeological story within and the lessons we learned about ourselves.. from what we ate to why we practiced zero waste to how we learned how to live in symbiosis with nature.
All.of it tells a story.. our story.
It is a part pf the legacy we want to leave behind for generations ahead until everything inside eventually becimes a part of the earth again.
Our tomb, our pyramid, so to speak.
..ah that does remind me..
On site we want people to practice zero waste..so if someone is living there, they are not to bring in trash.. and not to not throw anything away. If they bring it in they must take it out or expext it to become a part of the story. But it may not be done so in a nice way... (havent yet figured out how we are goung to do that)
Also, on site, it will all be visually and audiorally documented away.. to remidn you to be mindful of who you are....and how you are.
To encourage midnfulness if your footprint. And your impact.
