make a return on your investment!

this post was inspired by a response to a persons profile on a dating site which I really should not have been on since I don't really know what we have to offer anymore .. with enough patience , maybe one day we can offer our attention and time but right now my confidence is so low andy anxiety and fear is so high, just breathing calmly takes concentration.

But in their profile, they wrote the phrase that they are looking for a return on investments?

The question is what do you consider "a return" for your investment.

Many do not feel another person giving them their time or focused energy is a return on ones own investment because they will be giving the same back.

But they will pay for great conversational skills and company that enlivens them on a fun adventure? Ie, entertainment?

They want kindness, sweetness, and someone who can also hold their own.  They want already fully independent goal oriented people whom they can be intimate with on the side?
..
 i may not able to do the intimacy part as well as others anymore , at least for the immediate time while I am caring for my mother 24/7....Maybe one day, but right now I still need to figure out how to save our home in time.

I do have a goal - and I do need help with this goal.

And i did have a thought about the return in investmemt part... 

If we can get someone to buy my ex out of his half portion of our 1/4 acre home in Houston, Tx ((~ 1/2 ( 600K - 200K?)   and pay off the remaining mortgage (~200K) 

and help us convert the garage into a studio {by making it possible for us to build (or put a storage structure) on a tiny 1/8 acre lot that my garden other has over  in fifth ward, we could then empty the garage and redo the electrical, etc} -- then the studio could then be rented out

So, then our home could be used to make some money for taxes alllll WHILE we are still living in the main part of the home..

 once that part is safely taken care of, kiddo & i could then figure out how to turn all of our other ideas into a source of income

-- like the ideas of converting all of our recording of everything in our life into a viable money making avenue (as we video all the transitions/ changes in our lives along with all of our fun controversial conversations that kiddo & i love to have )

--we could sell all the plants we grow for ourselves but have an extra abundance of in a profitable way

-- we could figure out how make the rocket stove/pizza oven made and maybe even create a commercial kitchen space on site, and somehow figure out how to discreetly sell pizza or other goodies out of our driveway in a way that didnt upset the hoa,

--  and/or host some private udnderground small prviate underground restaurant parties 

-- And maybe get some of the garden set up in such a nice way that yoga instructors and other bodyworkers would be interested in renting out the space to teach their private classes

Or maybe artists/authors would enjoy spending time there (though hard to imagine them paying to rent the garden, but mayhe they can help advertise it?)

BUT... 

Saying we could figure out how to do all these ideas and or get help with making how we are into a way of being that brings in income just by turning everything that we do into a way of bringing in income

THENNNN, i imagine if they all worked, then we would be able to get you back reasonable return on your investment?  

That is what i would like to believe and would like to make happen for SOME investor

 so we can figure out how to save our 1/4 acre home/land.

Anyways..just throwing these thoughts we constantly have out your direction 

Sadly, until we get that etrike that doesnt require a drivers license so i can take mom with us everywhere with us, yep, we are running into quite a few obstacles.p  Unless you would be willing to help with that as well

Ah well.. Still worth a try to put my ideas out there...

I hope someone out there is interested!!!!
And can afford to make this happen!!

How much ROI would you need for us to pay you back for this to be a reasonable investment for you?

why fund us for the aircrete projects we want to do

There are three items we are needing help funding. If you would be willing to help fund these projects, we can help build you things that might even help you. part one The first item is a  https://www.ziptiedomes.com/ geodesic-sil...  $635 ×2 =$1270 This will help us to create the frames for the second part. part two   The important part is this second part: this particular aircrete machine and tools -- {{ this is where we can help build things for you so that you can make your money back. We would be willing to build up to two times your investment's worth of structures back. So if you invested $2000, then we would build you a small structure worth at least $4000 back (now what that means is probably negotiable , esp when you consider that the avg fancy shed is worth about 3K to 7K. We also cannot guarantee the time frame it would take for us to do this bc we are not 100% sure of the time it will take to do our learning curve to build sufficiently strong and stable items...

Some bits that we want to ensure

One) we need to make sure that after mom passes away that we are going to be given several years to both one) recover and two) to be able to sort through & organize everything that is there and to sell off 80% of the non edible plants while we make room for and get started on bringing in the perennial  edible plants that will take a couple of years to get established and become productive.  During this time, neither the estate or us will be bringing much, if any, money in --- but the taxes & utilities will still need to be paid.   (I will be lucky if selling the non edible plants will bring in enough money to be able to buy the edible plants.) So we will need the silent investor's help during this time.  We suppose it could be made so that this money will need to be paid back before the estate could be considered "bought back" Two) we will need reassurances that the silent angel investor will help make sure that the estate will be able to buy itself...
