1. Still do not have a driverless car
Before covid, we could just catch a ride with whomever, but with all three of us high risk for covid, I would need a car without human or with me driving,
One of my biggest limitations in life has been not having easy access to transportation.
Oh I suppose if I didn't have all my mental quirks then even that wouldn't stop me.
But in order to drive myself, I would need 1) cameras attached to all four sides of the car and inside, all on. 2)I would need a driver's license.3) I would need a working car.
Without a car, kiddo and I could in theory still take a bike everywhere, but mom cannot bike and we cannot leave her in house alone.
Again bus is not an option.
If we just had a working driverless car, nearly all issues would be gone.
The only three remaining issues is
1)making sure we have enough working camera phones with enough memory and battery life to get us through whole day from three to four different angles, and enough video storage to store it all.
And
2) having enough funds to put a metal quanset/geodome storage shed on the lots to store extra items while we sort through, redo and re- organize the homes which can then later be used for guests.
While we are at it enough funds for CLEAR storage bins. (One of my biggest pet peeves is boxes that one cannot see through band which are not water proof)
3) having enough funds to buy ex's and sisters portion of the property in order to safe guard them from any sellers with enough funds leftover to
1) redo the electrical on both sections
2) remove old insulation from attics
3) remove any dangerous heavy tree branches
4) buy some fruit trees and berry bushes and have a small gardening budget each year
5)and pay for the taxes until we can bring in enough income to compensate
There is probably more but this is at top of my mind everyday
