Some things to keep in mind if your pain is chronic, is paying attention to how you are reading your phone or the computer or just even sitting, standing, or even sleeping.
So often we get busy or preoccupied and forget to pay attention.
If you are not certain of how you are sitting, set up a time lapse and watch yourself for a day and it can be surprising the results.
I am no longer a certified or licensed therapist, nor do I do do any hands-on work anymore bc of my concerns about covid..
But I still like to encourage bodymindlistening ...
If you are ok being videod recorded, one for safety reasons and two for a chance to see your own body mechanics, I am open to helping folks practice and learn some body listening skills (purely for entertainment purposes as I am no longer certified or licensed)
