these are ideas for some programs I would like to see happen or for the day I make lots of money  and  win the mega mega lottery.  feel free to do these ideas if you win the lottery or have lots of money as well. 
or work with me to make these ideas below to happen! 
I am full of ideas and whys. i just your need your support to one day make them all happen. i cannot do it alone. i need YOU to make it all happen, even if it is just slowly one dollar at a time.

What would I think you should do with it all!:

1.Take over empty lots making sure vertical gardens on themn and/or orchard of edible produing trees/food forests on all the edges green open space of wildfloers and low soft edible herbs in the center

2.If people cannot pay theyr mortgages, then we "take over their land" leaving them in their homes but eveything on the outside gets "rented" out to be able to contribute to the grid from the roof space to the yard space every inch to contribute back to the neighborhood and to the community and to the grid: from water, food, and electricity the entire space gets converted into not only being self sustainable but producing such an abudance of water, electricty and food that it is able to give its excess contrbuting back to the grid and producing a small profit that way:
from pizo-electric to solar to wind to geothermal

3.invest in elon musks company, maybe help pay off some of his company's debt, pay him however x amount of money it takes to have him and his family spending an evening/small vacation with you/us once a year or so...
4.and until something better comes along, have each home whose mortgage loans my koreeno industrusties company is charged be required to have install in their homes solar home batteries and solar roof panels on each home.  along with solar windows etc.   

5. help people who teach about edible native plants, like meriwether (foraging guy) (have funds for)/with his projects ;) open a restaurant similar tp the native indians restaurants based solely on local native edibles....


6. hiring runaway or misguided teens/all age ranges as interns who will be required to study cnvc and a multitude of other conflict managment skills, but be proficient in at least 6 different styles conflict transformation to graduate, and who must have taken and read all of Geoff Lawton material on Permaculture and Paul Wheaton's materials on hugelkultur and rocket stoves etc... 

7. Same with anybody whose houses are mortgaged through me if they want to keep their interest rates low. They must attend geoff lawtons course, have shown having read and watched the materials, every year must be attending courses/workshops in assortment of conflict mamagment/ compassionate communicatiom and listening practices, etc and must be providing local schools and business with books and materials on such....


misc thoughts after I wrote these ideas down which you all can just ignore. these are just notes to myself...

as for my own honey,
lol, it doesnt really matter if he loves me or not.  i can love him. despite how much of an asshole he is. lol.
bc on top of loving him, i also get to love all these other amazing people as well.  yum.

ideas for the garden: peonies on the side, poppy's behind the, pansy's in the 'landscaped area, violas/johnnyjumpups all over grass are, rockcress, i mean rockrose, those purple purple flowrs and callihoroe or callirohoe in the corner by street by jeannies house, the colorful flowering puslane in landscaped areas by the fennel by the inner sidewalks by the door, daisys and mint and whatever else he wants in eagles circle, mint everywhere, that bright flower by fences. and up the house...

oh and dont forget that idea of small thin water tube sneaking up the lava rocks spraying enough mist to have moss growing over rockz, have leaves and such cleared out around it.  small fountain/pound but into ground with swale like effext..

why fund us for the aircrete projects we want to do

There are three items we are needing help funding. If you would be willing to help fund these projects, we can help build you things that might even help you. part one The first item is a  https://www.ziptiedomes.com/ geodesic-sil...  $635 ×2 =$1270 This will help us to create the frames for the second part. part two   The important part is this second part: this particular aircrete machine and tools -- {{ this is where we can help build things for you so that you can make your money back. We would be willing to build up to two times your investment's worth of structures back. So if you invested $2000, then we would build you a small structure worth at least $4000 back (now what that means is probably negotiable , esp when you consider that the avg fancy shed is worth about 3K to 7K. We also cannot guarantee the time frame it would take for us to do this bc we are not 100% sure of the time it will take to do our learning curve to build sufficiently strong and stable items...

Some bits that we want to ensure

One) we need to make sure that after mom passes away that we are going to be given several years to both one) recover and two) to be able to sort through & organize everything that is there and to sell off 80% of the non edible plants while we make room for and get started on bringing in the perennial  edible plants that will take a couple of years to get established and become productive.  During this time, neither the estate or us will be bringing much, if any, money in --- but the taxes & utilities will still need to be paid.   (I will be lucky if selling the non edible plants will bring in enough money to be able to buy the edible plants.) So we will need the silent investor's help during this time.  We suppose it could be made so that this money will need to be paid back before the estate could be considered "bought back" Two) we will need reassurances that the silent angel investor will help make sure that the estate will be able to buy itself...
