i think i would like to spend 1/2 a million to a million on these assortment of sleep studies:
1)the effect of yoga (not exercise,but stretching, breathing, becoming more body aware) right before sleeping on sleep
2)another study on the effect of yoga during the day
3)alternative solutions to sleep apnea.. like acupuncture,
4)arrgh, i have forgotten the other three ideas i had which were why i started this blog in the first place!!!
