sixth million - giving 100yr house loans to people

so the thing I want most right now while poor is for some rich person to give me a 100yr loan for $300,000 with 1%apr so I can buy this property from my mother.
so If I ever do become rich I want to offer it to others for property loans.
but the catch is, if the family paying back the loan goes more than 3 years of not paying the loan and/or the taxes for the property, then the property automatically becomes owned by our family trust fund. The family can choose to continue living there if they continue to pay minimum rent which covers taxes and such. The fund in the meantime will start to convert it into a self-sustainable property if fund monies allow for it.








April 2018 Update: well, it's strange.. after being put into hoards amount of debt, i have less money then I have ever had in my life, which is quite remarkable because I once lived homeless up in Alaska in my youth and little to no money then other then what I made on the fishing docks. and yet for some strange reason, I have hope in possible being able to one day figure out how to make some money doing what I love doing..which is documenting our lives and sharing what we know with others.   I still have a lot to learn, but we hope you will help us to provide value to you and to others.  Get to know us and help us out in accomplishing the dreams we have.. help us be able to pay for the classes that will teach kiddo and I how to swim and how to fish in these shark infested cold waters.

If only we had known about all this from the beginning so we wouldn't have felt so helpless and at my husband's, oh excuse me, ex-husbands and other's mercy.    We still are at everyone's mercy, but maybe now there is a chance we can get to be a part of helping out and being of value and mattering to the world around us.  Help us get our words and ideas out there.  Tell the world about us.

why fund us for the aircrete projects we want to do

We would be willing to build up to two times your investment's worth of structures back. So if you invested $2000, then we would build you a small structure worth at least $4000 back (now what that means is probably negotiable , esp when you consider that the avg fancy shed is worth about 3K to 7K. We also cannot guarantee the time frame it would take for us to do this bc we are not 100% sure of the time it will take to do our learning curve to build sufficiently strong and stable items...

Some bits that we want to ensure

One) we need to make sure that after mom passes away that we are going to be given several years to both one) recover and two) to be able to sort through & organize everything that is there and to sell off 80% of the non edible plants while we make room for and get started on bringing in the perennial  edible plants that will take a couple of years to get established and become productive.  During this time, neither the estate or us will be bringing much, if any, money in --- but the taxes & utilities will still need to be paid.   (I will be lucky if selling the non edible plants will bring in enough money to be able to buy the edible plants.) So we will need the silent investor's help during this time.  We suppose it could be made so that this money will need to be paid back before the estate could be considered "bought back" Two) we will need reassurances that the silent angel investor will help make sure that the estate will be able to buy itself...
