to put grandparent's homes, our home, and any other relatives who want to be included into a self-sufficient trust fund for 'kiddo's families'.
the homes will be available for any member included in the trust fund to be able to stay in that home when in that city. If multiple family members want to stay there, then SHARE! The rules are simple for all tenants who live in house family or not.. live sustainably as best as you can, grow edible or medicinal plants in the garden, although each tenant can have some potted plants which are not edible.
If no family member is staying in the homes to help pay the taxes and tend the garden, then the homes will be rented out (preferably to either an attachment parenting family or people who practice sustainable living and who will keep the organic gardens going. Ideally, there will always be at least one tenant/caretaker there.
If there is any money left over after taxes, 1/2 will go into saving for repairs and 1/4 into making the homes self-sustainable(ie.solar panels n such) and energy efficient, 1/8th goes into future homes that family is interested in purchasing and 1/8th goes into future taxes should nobody be renting or staying there.

If there is enough money in the fund set aside for property acquisition, family members can take loans out against the fund to buy property. If the family member fails to pay off loan, then the property becomes owned by the trust fund.
If there are no longer any family members alive in the trust fund, then all the properties will be turned into public community gardens and a public learning centers (with books and computers) to help promote sustainability and communication for the public.
April 2018 Update: well, it's strange.. after being put into hoards amount of debt, i have less money then I have ever had in my life, which is quite remarkable because I once lived homeless up in Alaska in my youth and little to no money then other then what I made on the fishing docks. and yet for some strange reason, I have hope in possible being able to one day figure out how to make some money doing what I love doing..which is documenting our lives and sharing what we know with others. I still have a lot to learn, but we hope you will help us to provide value to you and to others. Get to know us and help us out in accomplishing the dreams we have.. help us be able to pay for the classes that will teach kiddo and I how to swim and how to fish in these shark infested cold waters.
each month together let's become empowered by being of value to one another. and having that monthly connection to look forward to either through www.Patreon.com/KeE,
www.MakerSupport.com/KrinetEagle or www.Partelo.com/KrinetEagle

If only we had known about all this from the beginning so we wouldn't have felt so helpless and at my husband's, oh excuse me, ex-husbands and other's mercy. We still are at everyone's mercy, but maybe now there is a chance we can get to be a part of helping out and being of value and mattering to the world around us. Help us get our words and ideas out there. Tell the world about us.
Together lets make a difference. Together let's matter!
